The entrance door to the appartement did not close properly, we needed to move upward the door handle while pushing the door in order to close it, besides the door was easily open from outside, so not secure at all. When I went to reception to explain the thing about the entrance door, instead of excusing themselves or saying ohh yes we will repair it some day, they told me "...yes it works like that it's normal..." (I'm sorry but that is not normal working of the entrance door of an 250Eu/night apparment), staff did not have a constructive attitude. I suggest repairing that entrance door.
